Following the model of the National WIN Committee, we are the premier resource for women in 911 within the state of Massachusetts, empowering them to reach their full potential.

• Develop a network within the state of Massachusetts to harness the power of our community

• Build confidence, knowledge & leadership skills

• Drive diversity in 911 conference panels

• Provide mentorship and training opportunities

• Share experiences & insights for growth & development
