Center Manager Certification Program (CMCP)

MASSNENA and NENA are happy to announce that the NENA Center Manager Certification Program will again be hosted in Massachusetts in 2026. With thanks to the team at WESTCOMM, the CMCP certification program will be hosted in Chicopee, MA this November for an exciting and fulfilling week of leadership development.

Dates: November 16-20, 2026

Time: 8:30am-5:00pm Daily

Location: WESTCOMM - 645 Shawinigan Drive, Chicopee, MA

Cost: $1115 for NENA Members

$1325 for Non-NENA Members
